Request Account Deletion

We make it simple to delete your WhisprFit AI account and associated data. This page explains what gets deleted and how to submit a request.

What will be deleted

• Your account and login credentials
• Chat and interaction history
• Nutrition logs and related insights
• Body measurements and trends

After deletion, these records are permanently removed from our systems, except where retention is required by law (e.g., for fraud prevention or legal compliance).

How to request deletion

1. Send an email to support@whisprfit.ai from the same email address used for your Whispr account.
2. Use the subject line: Account Deletion Request.
3. Include this information:
   • Your full name (optional)
   • The email address associated with your account
   • Whether you want a full account deletion or only specific data deleted (e.g., chat history only)

Verification & processing time

We may send a confirmation email to verify your request. Once verified, we aim to complete deletion within 7 days. You will receive a confirmation when the process is finished.
